All complete Velduro bikes purchased from Velduro Australia are delivered through our authorised Delivery Partner network.

Delivery Partners are responsible for:

• Final assembly and safety checks
• Rider setup and handover
• Local warranty and service support

This ensures every complete bike is delivered correctly, compliantly, and ready to ride.

Framesets may be supplied through our Dealer Partner network or directly, we encourage use of our Dealer Partners for expert builds from top class workshops.

Why don’t you sell through dealers yet?

Number 1 – initial supply is limited. Keeping all stock in one place gives every rider equal opportunity to get on a Velduro. It doesn’t matter if you’re in Perth or Parramatta, everyone can order the same way and have a Velduro shipped to a delivery partner.

Number 2 - We’re building our delivery and service network first. By working with a small group of authorised Delivery Partners, we maintain quality control, compliance, and customer experience while we refine operations.

Why can’t I build my own bike?

We want to ensure the best possible outcome for riders with their Velduro bike. Using Authorised Delivery Partners allows us to do this. Professional mechanics have technical training, standard operating procedures, experience and detailed bicycle knowledge.
