Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our refund and return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Does not meet acceptable quality standards

These rights apply regardless of any additional warranties we may offer. We do not exclude or limit your statutory rights in any way.

Return Period
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item is faulty or the error is ours.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Important Notes
We do not charge restocking fees for faulty items.
We do not impose blanket “no refund” conditions on sale or custom items if they are faulty.
Delivery fees for faulty items are refundable.
